The GRIND Restore offers classes designed to help the body and mind recover, recharge, and regain balance after physical exertion or stress.

It emphasizes promoting relaxation, muscle sculpting,  flexibility, and overall well-being, ensuring the body is prepared for future workouts and reducing the risk of injury.  

Four different class formates:  Mat Pilates, Sculpt, Core Focused, and Flow & Stretch.  The North Loop location has added gentle infrared heaters — this is not a high-heat experience.

Please bring your own mat, we do offer $3.00 mat rentals.

Mat Pilates is a low-impact workout rooted in classic Pilates principles that focuses on core strength, posture, stability, flexibility, and total-body control. Using your bodyweight—and at times light props—you’ll move through intentional exercises designed to strengthen deep muscles, improve alignment, and create long, lean strength.

This unique offering combines lighter weights with fluid, rhythmic movements, creating a seamless flow that tones muscles and enhances flexibility and balance. Set to energizing beats, Sculpt delivers a dynamic and restorative workout experience that keeps you moving to the rhythm all while sculpting out your muscles.  The North Loop location has added gentle infrared heaters — this is not a high-heat experience.

Light weights + rhythmic, flowing movement. Sculpt, tone, and stretch in one seamless class. Upbeat energy meets mindful movement

CORE FOCUSED

Core Focused is the ultimate power duo: core-crushing moves that fire up your strength and stability, followed by restorative stretching and chill vibes to reset your body and mind.  The North Loop location has added gentle infrared heaters — this is not a high-heat experience.

Core-activating sequences to build strength + stability. Followed by deep, restorative stretching to reset the body. Low lights, calming vibes, high-impact results.

FLOW & STRETCH

Flow & Stretch is a 50-minute class designed to recharge your body and elevate your mind. Combining flexibility enhancement and breathwork, this session promotes relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being.

Perfect for all fitness levels, Restore helps you reset and reconnect, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
