Cancel 12 or more hours before class and the credit goes straight back to your account. Inside 12 hours you lose the credit on a class pack, or pay a $12 late fee on a membership. Cancel here, in the app, or by calling the studio. We cannot take cancellations by email, text or DM.
Memberships bill month to month and you can cancel any time, but not from this page. Call your home studio and the front desk will take care of it.
