Cycle

Lights down, music up, everybody on the beat.

Length
50 minutes
Taught to the beat
Yes, every class

Rhythm-based indoor cycling. Fifty minutes on the bike, every pedal stroke tied to the music, with climbs, sprints and choreography that build across the ride. Offered at both North Loop and Edina.

What to expect

You will be assigned a bike when you book. Get there fifteen minutes early your first time and someone will set you up: seat height, handlebar position, how to clip in and, more importantly, how to clip out.

Lights down, music up. The instructor rides with you and cues to the beat, so you always know what the next thing is. The ride is built, not random: it warms up, it climbs, it sprints, it comes back down. There is choreography, and nobody expects you to nail it on day one.

You control your own resistance the whole time. When the room is going hard and you need to sit down and spin, sit down and spin. That is not falling behind, that is riding your own ride.

What to bring

Cycle shoes are provided and clip straight into the bike, so you do not need to buy anything. If you already have your own clip-ins, we support SPD and Look Delta cleats. Street shoes are not allowed on the bikes, for your safety and everyone else's.

Towels are provided. Water is available to buy and there are refill stations at both studios if you bring a bottle.

Showers and lockers are at both studios, with locks already on them.

Your first two classes are on us.

Two free credits, good for any format at either studio. Pick a time that works and we will take care of the rest when you get here.
