BOOK YOUR CLASSThe Grind offers an extreme-energy, rhythm-based ride. This includes 50 minutes of high intensity cardio formulated to GrindCycling’s brand standards.
You will be guided throughout each class, with the ultimate experience of hitting fast flats, heavy hills, lifting hand weights, through high energy, purposeful choreography, and a moment to self-reflect during the cooldown stretch.
The GrindSculpt classes will utilize our FITBENCH, that includes 4 sets of dumbbells, a kettlebell, slam ball and fit bands with a target focus on specific muscle and movement.
Each one of our sculpt instructors are Certified Personal Trainers.
The GrindStretch is our gentle form of fitness involving dynamic and static stretching. The classes focus on increasing range of motion, flexibility, joint mobility, muscle prepping, and injury prevention.
Each class will be 50-minutes featuring a low impact zero weight involvement. For those craving a deeper stretch and strength approach.
