After this session, you'll depart feeling grounded, open, and empowered.
Core and Stretch:
The Grind Core and Stretch is a 50-minute, flow-inspired fitness journey featuring dynamic and static movements. It kicks off with 15 minutes of core-focused exercises to strengthen your center body. This class beautifully complements your rigorous Grind sessions and focuses on enhancing range of motion, flexibility, joint mobility, breath control, and injury prevention. You'll walk away feeling grounded, open, and empowered.

As a female-owned and operated business, my top priority in launching the brand was to create a space where you can achieve everything a "big box" gym offers, but in an inclusive, boutique-style setting. At The GRIND, it is my foremost priority to ensure that our community feels appreciated, safe, welcomed, and challenged—both physically and mentally.
