Instructor Training Program

Selected candidates will complete a 40-hour, in-person training at our Minneapolis studio. This intensive program is designed to sharpen your coaching, elevate your presence, and align you with The Grind method and standards.

Format-specific coaching and class structure

Music programming, cueing, and room control

Practice teaching, feedback, and mentorship

Movement technique, coaching language, and client safetyCommunity engagement and performance mindset

Note: Training is unpaid and does not guarantee employment. Completion is required to be considered for ongoing class opportunities.

To be eligible, you must have completed at least 50 classes at the GRIND with zero experience or 25 classes with experience.
