Restore

From sculpt on the beat to stretch on the breath.

Length
50 minutes
Taught to the beat
Sculpt and core focused are; flow and stretch are not

Four classes under one name. Sculpt and core focused are taught to the beat and move at a real clip, with light weights and high repetitions. Flow and stretch follow the breath instead, slower and with longer holds. All of it is lower impact than Cycle or Strength. Offered at both North Loop and Edina.

What to expect

Restore covers a few different classes, so check the schedule for which one you are booking.

Sculpt and core focused are the ones taught to the beat: low-impact, high-repetition work with light weights, built on the music the way our cycle rides are. They move, and people are often surprised by that. Flow and stretch are slower and follow your breath instead, with longer holds and more time in each position.

All of them are lower impact than Cycle or Strength, which is not the same as easy. At North Loop the Restore room is heated, so plan for that if you are used to a cooler room.

What to bring

You can bring your own mat or rent one of ours for $3. Props like blocks and straps are here if a class uses them.

Bare feet or grippy socks, whatever you prefer.

Towels are provided. Water is available to buy and there are refill stations at both studios. Worth bringing a bottle to the heated Restore room at North Loop.

Your first two classes are on us.

Two free credits, good for any format at either studio. Pick a time that works and we will take care of the rest when you get here.
